Lirio Lodge is a charming Lodge located in Barra de Pacuare, the most unspoiled sector of the Tortuguero canals in the Caribbean of Costa Rica. 

It is located directly in front of Laguna Madre de Dios, an extensive and unspoiled natural canal, surrounded by tropical rainforests, and separated from the sea only by a peninsula of pristine and intact tropical forests, the famous Pacuare Reserve.

1. Cancellation and No Show Policies:

• Cancellations must be made at least 31 days in advance of the arrival date to avoid charges.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in full accommodation charge as a penalty.

• Specific conditions agreed upon by contract apply to group reservations.

• Accommodation is free for children within specified age ranges sharing a bed with their parents or guardians.

• Cribs available upon request (subject to availability).

Day 1

10:30 a.m.: Meeting at the Goshen pier to board a boat to the Lodge. During this relaxing journey, enjoy a guided tour exploring the beautiful canals of the region.

11:00 a.m.: Arrival at the Lodge, check-in, and free time to rest.

11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Lunch at the restaurant overlooking the Madre de Dios Lagoon.

2:30 p.m.: Visit to the Barra de Pacuare village, located between the Madre de Dios Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea. You will learn about life in this picturesque coastal village, visit the local school, and, if possible, take part in a turtle conservation project tour.

5:00 - 5:30 p.m.: Return to the Lodge.

6:30 - 7:00 p.m.: Dinner at the restaurant overlooking the lagoon.

8:00 p.m.: Free time to rest and share experiences at the Lodge's bar, with the possibility of enjoying a campfire under the stars (weather permitting).

Day 2

6:30 - 7:00 a.m.: Typical Costa Rican breakfast.

9:00 a.m.: Check-out and vacating the room.

9:45 a.m.: Boat departure to the Goshen pier to connect with your chosen mode of transportation.
