Before the day gets underway, we’ll glide silently through the canals at the mouth of the Pacuare River, on Costa Rica’s northern Caribbean coast. The light is soft, the air is cool, and the wetlands come alive.

With an attentive local guide, we’ll look for toucans, herons, monkeys, and reptiles among lush vegetation. Every sunrise is different, and that’s part of the magic.

It’s a peaceful experience, ideal for anyone who wants to feel close to nature, without rushing and with all their senses alert.

The animals are wild: we can’t guarantee what you’ll see, but dawn is the best time to spot them.

• Children: Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

• Respectful behavior: To avoid scaring the animals and ensure everyone can enjoy the tour, please speak quietly and follow the guide’s instructions. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted during the tour.
• Photography and video: Bring your camera! Taking photos and videos is allowed.
