1. Prior reservation: We recommend making reservations at least 48 hours in advance. Visits without a reservation are subject to availability.

2. Punctuality: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Tours start promptly.

3. Cancellations and changes: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges.

4. Appropriate clothing and footwear: It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and closed-toe shoes suitable for walking on uneven terrain.

5. Accessibility: Some areas of the tour may have limited access for people with reduced mobility. Please inquire beforehand for accommodations.

6. Children: Children are welcome under the supervision of an adult at all times.

7. Pets: For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed during the tour.

8. Respectful behavior: Respectful behavior towards the environment, staff, and other visitors is expected. Smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages during the tour are not allowed.

9. Photography and video: Taking photos and videos is allowed.
