Overview
Snorkeling, jungle, and the Caribbean in one day
Spend a full day in Cahuita National Park, one of the great treasures of Costa Rica’s Southern Caribbean. Take a boat ride along the coast, explore the coral reef while snorkeling, and walk through the tropical forest with a naturalist guide.
Underwater, you’ll see colorful fish and coral formations. On land, with a little luck, you may spot white-faced capuchin monkeys, sloths, raccoons, iguanas, and many birds, all in a park where the sea and jungle meet.
End the day with a Caribbean lunch and fresh fruit, and return with the feeling that you’ve experienced Cahuita both from the water and from the land.
Important: snorkeling depends on sea conditions and visibility, and wildlife doesn’t always make an appearance. Our guide will explain the alternatives if conditions are unsafe.
