RESORT FEE

As a condition of booking and staying at Parador Nature Resort & Spa, Costa Rica, 2 Go accepts payment.

a charge for the resort fee per night in addition to the room rate. The fee for the resort fee covers

the provision of various services and amenities aimed at improving the Guest experience during

your stay.

1. Amount: The resort fee is $15 per room per night, including applicable taxes.

2. Services and Amenities: The resort fee includes access to a variety of services and

amenities, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Access to fitness facilities

• High-speed Wi-Fi internet access

• Towel service for the pool and the beach

• Bottled water in the room (Suites only)

• Shuttle service to Manuel Antonio (with a set schedule)

• Scheduled Yoga classes (according to the hotel schedule)

3. Payment: The fee for the resort fee will be charged to the CostaRica2Go account in addition to the resort fee

room and any other applicable charge.

4. Non-Refundable: The resort fee is non-refundable, even in the case of early departure

or

unused services and amenities.

5. Disclosure: CostaRica2Go recognizes that the charge for the resort fee is disclosed at the time of

book and accept your payment as a condition of staying at Parador Nature Resort & Spa.

MINIMUM STAY

Every stay has a minimum of 2 nights for this rate to apply.

CHILDREN

Accommodation: Children 0-12 years old: Free sharing a room with two adults

(room only) Maximum 2 children per room

Third child pays as an additional person

Food: Children 0-5 years old: There is no additional cost (accommodation and breakfast)

Children 6-12 years old: Only $10 pay for breakfast.00 + taxes (23%)

Cradle: Offered at no extra cost (maximum for one crib per room)

RESERVATIONS AND GUARANTEES

All reservations and modifications must be channeled by our reservations department and by

written route. Once reservations have been accepted and confirmed by the hotel

, they remain

guaranteed without the need to receive a voucher.

RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS

Changes to dates can be changed without penalty before the payment period or

cancellation. Once a reservation is made, changes to the names are not allowed

.

Any name change will be taken as a cancellation and the penalty will be in accordance with the policies

of cancellation.

NO SHOWS

All non-shows will be charged in full as booked.

ENTRY AND DEPARTURE OF CUSTOMERS

Check In: 03:00 p.m. Check Out: 11:00 a.m.

END OF THE YEAR

The New Year's Eve package includes the nights of December 28, 29, 30 and 31, so a

minimum of 4 nights. If a customer wishes to book the nights of December 30 and 31, as a requirement

you have to book the nights of December 28th and 29th. Another case is if a customer wants to book the

nights of December 25, 26, 27 and 28, will not be accepted since it is taking the night of December 28th

December. To accept the reservation, the customer has 2 options, one to cancel the night of the 28th of

December or change the dates to enter December 28 and exit January 01.

Only those who buy dinner and carnival for End of

Year. This New Year's Eve Special (Food) has an additional cost.

Price per person for New Year's Eve Dinner & Carnival:

Adults:... $219.00 + taxes (23%)

Children 0-5 years old:... There is no additional cost

Children 6 — 11 years old:... $119.00 + taxes (23%)

 

PEAK SEASON RESERVATION POLICY

Any reservation between December 20 2024 and January 03 2025 requires a minimum of 4 nights to be

confirmed.

Non-refundable security deposit

Any reservation that includes nights during Peak Season (December 20 to January 03)

requires a deposit of 20% of the total reservation by bank transfer. This deposit

it must be credited to our bank account 120 days before the client's arrival at the hotel.

El

deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation. The balance (80%) is paid according to our

payment policies.

If the deposit is not received within the established deadline, the reservation is automatically made

canceled. For this reason, it is super important that you send us a copy of the proof of the

transfer.

HOLY WEEK

A minimum of 3 nights is required for Easter. These 3 nights would be for Thursday nights

(April 17) Friday (April 18) and Holy Saturday (April 19).

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES (FIT'S)

Peak Season (December 20 to January 03)

50% of any cancellation or modification received 60 to 30 days before the date of

input. No refund will be made for cancellations or modifications received 29 days or less from the check-in date

.

High Season (from January 4th to April 30th) and (from July 1st to August 31st) (from 15th of

November to December 19)

50% will be refunded for any cancellation or modification received 29 to 8 days before the date of

input. No refund will be made for cancellations or modifications received 7 days or less

after the

date of entry.

Low Season (from May 1st to June 30th) and (from September 1st to November 14th)

50% of any cancellation or modification received 14 - 5 days before the check-in date will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations or modifications received 4 days or less from the date of

input.

 

INDIVIDUAL PREPAID POLICIES (FIT'S)

Peak Season (December 20 to January 03)

Full payment is required 60 days before the check-in date for all reservations without exception.

High Season (from January 4th to April 30th) and (from July 1st to August 31st) (from 15th of

November to December 19)

Full payment is required 30 days before the check-in date.

Low Season (from May 1st to June 30th) and (from September 1st to November 14th)

Full payment is required 15 days before the check-in date.

CHILDREN IN THE VISTA SUITES BUILDING

Children from 6 to 12 years old can stay in the Las Suites building subject to the following conditions:

Only the rooms on the first and second floors are allocated. The rooms would be: 1501-1502-1503-2504-2505-2506 and 2507

The pool at Las Vista Suites is for adults only, children are not allowed

BILLING FOR FIT'S RESERVATIONS

The invoice will be made for the entire stay including the type of pension selected.

Extras must be paid by the guest directly to the Hotel.

PAYMENT OF FIT'S RESERVATIONS

Payment method: CostaRica2Go will pay by check or electronic transfer. The hotel

will offer CostaRica2Go customers the hotel services according to the room category

reserved. If the hotel is unable to accommodate the guest as indicated in the reservation, it will be offered

alternative accommodation in another establishment with an equal or higher category.

GROUP POLICY

Any reservation of 5 rooms or more is considered a group.

Requests for groups must be made by special request via email and the

Confirmation is subject to availability.

Reservoir

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total group cost is required. This deposit is due to

to be carried out no later than 15 days after receiving the signed contract. Each group must have its

contract. If the deposit is not received within the specified time, the reservation will be automatically

made

canceled without prior notice.

The group's rooms will be reserved upon receiving the signed contract.

Cancellation Policy for groups

- A 50% refund will be made if the cancellation or modification is received 90 to 60 days before

the date the group joined.

- No refund will be made if the cancellation or modification is received 59 days or less than

the date the group joined.

Low Season (from May 1st to June 30th) and (from September 1st to November 14th)

- A 50% refund will be made if the cancellation or modification is received 60 to 45 days before

the date the group joined.

- No refund will be made if the cancellation or modification is received 44 days or less than

the date the group joined.

Any cancellation or modification must be received in writing.

Regulations for groups

ü Minimum stay of 2 nights.

ü Reservations are not allowed during the Peak Season, High Season, Easter and the

Thanksgiving week.

ü Rooms can only be reserved for groups who purchase at least one dinner and a

lunch throughout the stay.

ü Maximum of 15 rooms per group in high season.

ü Groups no larger than 5 rooms.

** For safety and due to the type of road (the last stretch of 1.6 km) to the hotel, the hotel will only receive groups of no more than 5 rooms. If CostaRica2Go undertakes to arrive at the hotel by bus, no more

large cars of a Toyota Coaster or Volare with a capacity of 30 people, the exception could be made. Otherwise, groups larger than 5 rooms cannot be accommodated.

Gratuities for groups:

Gratuities for groups must be included in the voucher or paid before the group's arrival

to the hotel.
