Hotel Guayabo Lodge is charming, cozy, and has a beautiful garden.

Located on the slopes of the majestic Turrialba Volcano, we are a family-friendly eco-lodge known for our excellent service and magnificent views all around.

The smoking Turrialba Volcano to the North, the valley with the town of Turrialba and Lake Angostura to the South; Santa Cruz and the Caribbean to the East, and the Cerro de La Muerte in the distance to the West.

Our guests enjoy the fresh mountain air, our beautiful gardens filled with birds, and unique plant species in this area. 

1. Cancellation and No Show Policies:

• Cancellations must be made at least 31 days prior to the arrival date to avoid charges.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a full charge for accommodation as a penalty.

• Specific conditions agreed upon by contract apply to group reservations.

2. Children Policies:

• Free accommodation is allowed according to established ages when sharing a bed with their parents or guardians.

• Cribs are available upon request (subject to availability).

3. Additional Guests Policies:

• Any additional person must register at the reception.

• Extra bed available upon request with an additional charge and subject to availability.

4. Pet Policy:

• Pets are not allowed.

5. Coexistence Rules:

• Smoking is not allowed in rooms or internal common areas. Designated smoking area available.

• A moderate noise level is requested, especially during nighttime hours.

• Any damage to the property will be charged to the responsible guest.

6. Security:

• The hotel has security personnel and cameras in common areas.

• Safety deposit boxes are available in all rooms for valuables.

7. Group Reservations:

• Specific conditions and policies apply, coordinated directly with our reservations team.

8. Liability:

• The hotel is not liable for personal items left behind or not adequately secured.
